search for an air dream mattress. they are used in many sofa sleepers. we've had one for going on 6 years now and camp 3+ months/year. works great. as comfortable as our home mattress. It's an air mattress over coil springs. There are two versions. One uses a pump you attach to pump up. the other has a wand and built in air pump. the queen size is really a short queen.
Just remember to partially deflate before leaving so altitude changes don't cause it to spring a leak.
But, they both run on 120V
we have the air dream queen xl, replaced the original mattress perfectly.
now if you want an air mattress for a rv sleeper sofa, you won't want the air dream. it likely won't fold up enough. For our sleeper sofa in the trailer that came with an air mattress, it uses an air comfort low profile. about 5" thick or so. again works very well
