In the manual under cc long bed 4x4 6.0L V8 4.10

Max trailer weight - 12,100 lbs
GCWR - 18,500 lbs
For fifth wheel trailer, kingpin weight should not exceed 3,000 lbs

How can allowed pin weight be eight hundred pounds more than allowed combined cargo/passenger weight?
