Disagree. If you don't get satisfaction there are plenty of law firms that will be more than happy to take your case. You won't pay unless you win. And they won't go after them for small change either, because they're getting 35-40% of the judgement. If that adjuster doesn't want to settle with you, Dewey, Cheatham, & Howe will be happy to represent you.
