No, food stamps are for food, not for parking, It would be against the law to take them for other things.

NOW: in some cases they have done away with food stamps and issued a special "Bridge Card" as it's called in some places... The rules for these may be different (I do not know since I've never researched).

If the assistance program covers rent, then,, I'm not sure. would think they should. but if it is FOOD STAMPS. then no. only for food and then only for approved foods (No booze for example).
