Should RV parks take food stamp cards in payment for fees to stay in parks.

One of our local TV stations is doing a story on something similar in the Portland Oregon area right now. Seems records are showing up that Electronic Benefits Transfer cards are being used in strip joints, Indian casino's and have been used as far away as Las Vegas in casino's. I would love to go to Las Vegas, wonder if they would give me a card?
