Should RV parks take food stamp cards in payment for fees to stay in parks.

Here in MN you do something like that and you are going to jail. And, they can't be used for alcohol and only can be used for some junk food. There was talk of making it illegal for them to be used for pop but, I don't know if they ever did that or not. And, they can not be used at ATM's or for cigarettes either. Some mini-marts don't even take them.
