However, it IS well known that getting out in the sunshine and fresh air is better for a person than sitting in the house all day. If you stay away from other people, it IS good for you in many ways! Ask your doctor. Removing the "fresh air and sunshine" statement doesn't change the rest of the post.
By the way, when you post a link to something, please do a lot of us a favor and do not post a link that requires a subscription. I could not read your linked article because of my adblocker, so I did a search and found several articles that seemed to agree (more or less, depending on the source) with the link you posted, and which didn't seem to care about adblockers.
Again, thank you for correcting one sentence from my post.
