Dometic and Carl and Wendy with Mobile RV Repair in Bessemer, AL.
Our Dometic 15000 BTU A/C decided it wanted to seize it's compressor. Dometic has a two year warranty and our unit is 16 months old and they replaced it under warranty. They wanted me to take it to my dealer, 3 hours away, not going to happen. They then recommended CW, six weeks to just look at it, not going to happen.
They then put me contact with Wendy and Carl at Mobile RV Repair. In less than two weeks I have a new A/C and to say they were great to deal with would be saying the least. Wendy was always in contact letting me know the status and Carl drove an hour and half each way, twice, to my home, to work on the unit. There attitudes are out of this world and they truly care about their customers.
