This is good news for many of you. I however, called NSA for a question on mine and, all they said was, "send it in and, we'll rebuild it for you at your cost and then, send it back to you". I thought I'd heard before that they did lifetime warranty but, I guess not in my case.
You see, I think my actuator is seriously WEAK! That is, if I push o the actuator lever on mine, I can push it all the way forward with just one hand. I walked up to a friends the other day and, I can't budge it one micro inch. He says he has to put a pipe on his to be able to move it.
So, I think I'm prematurely wearing the brakes out on our toad due to a really weak return spring and, hydraulic section in that actuator. I'll call them again when I return home from this trip we're presently on. Glad the OP got great service from them.

Mine was not as bad as yours. But something similar was going on. Neither the old or rebuilt parts could be actuated by hand. I would call and talk to Todd. He is the person that took care of me when I stopped at the plant.
