Just replaced our A/C unit on the roof of our 5'r. Did the installation myself and everything went well and unit runs like a top.
Had some trouble trying to register the unit with Dometic, on line. No matter what model number(s) I tried to enter, the system didn't like it. I made several phone calls to the customer support line and the folks were very friendly and helpful. No matter what they told me, the on-line registration would not work for me, but I finally sent my information, by email, and in less than 24 hrs. I had a reply that my unit was now registered. Thank You!
