Remove the top screws on the left at the wall (leave one bottom screw in if it is close to the wall). Move the top as far as possible way from the wall, drill new pilot holes and put screws back in. If it is now aligned this may work for another couple years BUT it will start to sag again.
The next fix is to put something behind the bottom pivot like a pebble that is aprox 1/4" thick and using a screwdriver to push the door away put the pebble behind the sorry pivot. The flatter/squarer the pebble the better it will stay in place and the thicker the better if you can get it behind. I even drilled holes at the top pivot so I could pull that pivot back using wire but that fix was more trouble than it was worth.
