Thanks all. I have just seen so many people posting and doing videos about working while full time RVing and they mostly were saying you can use your current trade. For example mechanics or carpenters they all work on campsites. Just got my trade would be great for all those who work on their computers for hours at a time and develop neck and back issues. Of course I would ask the campsite permission first and have all appropriate insurance and license. To the person that called me crazy; I guess as a single mom I'm not allowed to dream until after I raise my children.
I think you are referring to trades that will benefit the infrastructure of the campground, such as an electrician can fix a power pole that that got ran into or the carpenter that can fix the leaky roof on the restroom or other building maintenance! Or the mechanic who can keep the mowers running so the sites can be groomed in a timely manner.
You can dream and maybe pull it off, but you will need an income and I have to agree with other replies, there is not really a call for messages at a camp ground!
So if you have a message business now at your home, then I would consider taking 3 or 4 day trips 2 to 3 hundred miles from your residence. Maybe leave on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning and come back on Sunday or Monday and work the week and do it again in another location.
Explore campgrounds near your home also, my wife and I spend lots of time at a campground 5 miles from our home then we take a trip or 2 and maybe 3 in the summer!
Lots of friend to be made near and far. Camping close to home just might find some new clientele for the work week! Good luck!
