As someone that had no permanent address for much of his younger years, I and tell you that it can work, but we were the parents, three children and a big woolly dog. My father's employment required only mail connection. Schooling was a big issue.
As I see it, you have two big issues:
1 - Many states (and I don't even know where you are) require licensing and registration of masseuse. For a good friend that is also a chiropractor, this has been a major headache.
2 - Home schooling and taking care of an infant soon to be toddler can fill a lot of time.
Work on the dream.
