If that is your biggest problem you are doing OK. Kind of like living in a multi family apartment building and complaining you can hear other people. Or living near an airport and complaining about plane noise.
There are other people surrounding you in a campground. There will be some noise.
That doesn't mean slam the door intentionally,but I don't think you'll ever have absolute silence as long as there other people involved.
