Slide In Or Out
I did a search and nothing popped up. When in storage is it best to have the slide in or out?

Extended slides offer more route of ingress to bugs and mice. I'd keep it closed regardless of if I was lucky enough to store it inside. When I needed the access, I'd just push the button like the poster above stated. But really - do what is best for you.
