Looks like a show stopper may be the surface the seal rides on.
Otherwise if you are a do it yourselfer, you might try pulling those two races off. Maybe take out the grease zerk and use that for a centering hole for the puller and then if successful retap the Zerk hole.
I have never seen a bolt on spindle on a trailer axle, but if that is the case, just replace it.
It would probably be cheaper to replace The axle than try to figure out how to get it to a trailer shop and then go thru the repair process.

PS Don't answer all the folks who want to get you on a water board to find out info on service. :B That will drive them nutso for the rest of the summer.
