Must be a northwestern thing. This summer, Dash Point State Park, a huge pull through site with one little car, a small tent & the power pole to charge the cellphone.

Plenty of tent appropriate sites available. Meanwhile RVs are getting turned away at the gate because there are no sites available for them. The state is losing business with empty sites.

Still, it is funny to see tenters sitting in, & paying for, 30 & 50amp sites with a 20amp extension cord to power something as small as a charger. 20amp, which is found in many tentsites, can power all kinds of low draw things together. Look how we load up a circuit at home with powerstrips etc.
Seen lots of tenters in dry sites with a genny like a Honda 1000W as well. Perfect for them.
