OP here... well folks we will see what happens tomorrow. Got a call at 5 this afternoon from my RV dealer where I left the TT on consignment on Saturday. He has an offer and if I will eat $500 he thinks it is a done deal. I told him yes but the trailer is sold "AS IS" and any liability to be assumed will not be mine. He knows how clean it is and will be doing the PDI after his own inspection. Now he is not making much money but it has only been on his lot for 3 days, I am not giving up much and free to buy the my dream rig and the buyer is getting one hell of a deal so it sounds like a win, win, win but at this point I am assuming nothing. I was promised a yes or no call by 1000 tomorrow.
I just spent the last hour and half composing my offer to the builder I've been working with and if I get a yes tomorrow morning I will e mail it off. It has been so nice to work with one of the owners instead of a salesman. I think we are very close on this one and my bride and I are very excited... always wanted to see Elkhorn Indiana.... :R
