Yesterday, the Feds refused to reopen Smoky Mtn Park, even after the govs said they would pick up the costs. Feds said "not fair" to reopen one, but not all.
Isn't that like saying we have two patients that need a new heart. We have one available. So, we will not give either one the heart, because if would not be "fair" to the other!
