we've been fortunate to have never experienced camping with neighbors like the one in the opening post .... most CG's give a copy of their rules when you check in .... if we were to run into being near folks like the ones mentioned and the CG staff did nothing, I'd be there waving their ruled in their face and pushing for an enforcement or a refund .... I'd also be prone to share the experience with anyone who'd listen both in person and on the internet
