The easiest way to avoid these problems is use rvparkreviews.com. If people had those kinds of problems at a particular park in the past, it is most likely posted. As an added plus, look for parks that get dinged for having rules and enforcing them. Those are the parks you should go out of the way to stay at. The neighbors you had are the ones who will post comments like: "the place was like a prison camp. They had many rules and there was staff looking for any excuse to enforce those rules." Those kind of posts are French for "we broke the rules and got caught".
