Ok so now that i have figured out how much stuff i need to take with me i now need to know how to handle the empty space in the cabinets so everything stays where i put it pretty much?

Go to a Dollar Store for small baskets that will fit to hold spices, first aid stuff, etc. If you have empty space toss in some paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex boxes, etc. to keep things from moving around.
