Ok so now that i have figured out how much stuff i need to take with me i now need to know how to handle the empty space in the cabinets so everything stays where i put it pretty much?

I have organized a lot of stuff using cardboard storage bins. This is just one example. Shop around. BinsI have also used various plastic bins and velcro them to prevent sliding around.

My wife throws pillows in some of the cabinets. Spring loaded rods in others.Anti skid material in all of the cabinets as well as between pots and pans,

I also use wire racks for the plates and dishware.

. It's nice that you have extra space. We don't have extra, but found plastic bins of various widths that fit into our cabinets.
