- hotbyteExplorerSpent weekend at West Point Lake on AL/GA border. Spring temps kind of unsprung with temps dropping backing into 50's. And forget the oil slicks in the gulf...the lake was a huge pollen slick! Roads had pollen clouds spewing up as cars drove down them. Hopefully today's rain washed most of it away.
All in all a great weekend camping!!! - BryceBExplorer

I'll believe it when I see the kudzu.
Everything is covered in green Pine Pollen... Proof enough. - nremtp143Explorer
- Peg_LegExplorerYeah, well while no ones looking I'm gonna get rid of a certain furry kritter in PA.
- fcooperExplorerYep. 85 degrees and sunny today here in coastal Georgia. The pine pollen covers everything, however.
Fred - Tom_DeeExplorerWish we had weather like that. We are in the middle of a Winter Storm Warning and can see as much as 12+" of snow. I really really want to get my fiver out. Even my wife is chomping at the bit for getting the trailer ready since we both retired about 6 months ago.
- taviking22ExplorerDogwoods blooming...time to go crappie fishing!!
We are still suffering through late winter weather. Spring has been a long time a-comin' up here in the Midwest. - frankdampExplorerHere too. First day over 60F yesterday and may hit 70 by next Weds according to the TV weather guy. Four rainy days until then, though. At least, when it rains it's fairly gentle. Twelve hours continuous rain usually drops about 3/4".
I'm sure the recovery crews working on the Oso landslide won't be happy with additional rain. They seem to have made good progress the last three days with the dry weather. - rseymour21ExplorerYep! Here in Dallas as well! What we could really use is a nice long rain!
- SRTExplorerSpring may be on the calendar, but up here several feet of snow have to melt first. Another foot or so of fresh snow coming starting tonight through tomorrow. But at least we are past the sub-zero temps. :R
