Spring is finally coming!! Yahoo!

Well gee whiz, it is finally warming up in the frozen tundra Albertaaaaaaaaaaa!

Temperatures have risen, snow is melting fast and I can actually open a window and roof vent in my TT!!

Yahoo!

And the ever enduring feat of trying to drain my tanks is working in my favor now. I've had enough of cases of baby wipes instead of showers!
A nice long hot shower felt sooooooooooooooo good tonight.

Is spring actually here? Is the warmer weather going to stick? Man I sure hope so!

This has been one tough winter for me, living in my TT 4 months out of 5 I have been here in Calgary working.

From frozen pipes and tanks to my fridge packing it in, having to shoulder my door open due to ice buildup, dodging icicles falling off my awning, laying on the ground with a heater aimed at my tanks and dump pipes, laying on the floor with a heat gun aimed in the lower cabinets to get water flow to my kitchen and so much more, yeah I've had enough of winter!!!

I still have a thick layer of ice on the bottom of my black tank. I'm pouring hot water down there to melt it and its slowly going away.

But yunno what? I must be a sick puppy or something - I would not trade this experience for anything. I turned down a free apartment offered to me. And I don't regret a thing.

You true RV'rs will understand. Others won't.........

Like my mom used to say - "Spring has sprung, the grass has riz, I wonder where the flowers is"
