Yep, the Uniroyal Laredo HD/H and the twin BFG Commercial TA do fail in trailer use when used near their max ratings.
That is why I believe that the Michelin XPS RIB and the Bridgestone Duravis R250/M895 steel carcass commercial grade 16" tires should be the tire of choice on a 6K axle. For those that have less than 33" center to center like FE, there are LT245/75R16 that solve that issue.
