Did CA and the west not see this drought coming years ago? And why did they not take action then to mitigate it
When your out-voted 100 to 1 on any policies/measures and those policies/measures has to do with what/where you live, yet those 100 to 1 votes are coming from the other end of the state its hard to get anything done right !
So what action would you suggest we do to mitigate it ?
