I don't think the people that use Detroit Lake Reservoir would agree with that. Or the crews that measure snow pack in the Cascades. Last week they reported that only 1/3 of the apr 145 testing sites had any snow at all. Hmmm. I guess all that water is still just sitting up in the atmosphere.
