The last place in the world I want to be is in Chicago- anytime- any day- any how...
I've never in the last 25 years traveled in Chicago that there hasn't been traffic problems (repairs- detours etc...) and to add insult to injury they now charge $1.50 per car every few miles on their toll roads (includes Interstates).
