STINK IN BATHROOM
Suddenly, I'm getting an odor from the black tank. Not overfilled. Also odor from vent cap and it is swarming with flies. Any ideas?

Several mentioned the anti siphon valve under the sink, that is a good source for odor from the gray tank, (which can smell worse than the black). A source of odor from the black tank can be the stool, there may be a built in vent that has a trap. Fill the stool to the very top this will fill the trap if there is one.
