Our coach has two vents in the cabinet under the sink. They are meant to be one-way, but they can fail and become two-way. If present, they will likely be black and will terminate an ABS pipe coming through the floor into the cabinet. If one fails, that means tank fumes in your bathroom. I removed mine today for inspection and replacement.
I guess they are called an air admittance valve:
