Straight Talk hotspot is a scam
I bought the BLU Blaze 5G hotspot device through Straight Talk and not even 24 hours later my hotspot was gone/used up. I only had 1 single device connected to it for a small amount of time. When I called straight talk and tried to get information about why my service/hotspot was gone in less than 24 hours, they couldn't tell me anything and when I refused to pay to refill it already I was hung up on twice!!! TWICE!! The third time I called I asked where to return it and since I bought it from the straight talk website, I was told an address in TN and that I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee, I was like oh wow. So while talking to this guy who could barely speak English I looked at the box it was shipped in and there was a label on the side that said return with a totally different name and a totally different address to return it to. So I asked him if this was a return label and he said yes. I was like well it has a different address then you gave and he said well you can **bleep** it there too. I think he was trying to screw up my return. I will NEVER go through Straight Talk again. It would've cost me more than going through a normal company. At $25 a day, since it lasted less than 24 hours and I only had 1 device hooked up to it, that would have cost me $750 + taxes for a whole month of service. I am so good on that. Yeah I would save more money by signing up for the most expensive internet service out there. Oh and I also have to pay a $9.99 return fee and a $9.99 restocking fee, so out of the $49.99 I paid for this junk, I am not even getting all of my money back now. Plus I am out the service card I paid for too. I say DO NOT USE STRAIGHT TALK. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY. Tomorrow I am going to T-Mobile, where I should have went in the first place. STRAIGHT TALK IS A SCAM.
