MATT--That's my thoughts on this. Brain shut everything unnecessary down and put it all into driving.
Deb--Only real damage to van was no more than a foot wide. Only took out the headlight assembly and bent the quarter panel. Airbags go off at about 12 MPH impact. I hit it at about 50.
