It’s really nice to hear, better to have seen, and even better yet to have been a part of the very best of what is otherwise a bad experience… especially when you may have not been directly affected yourself but decided this was not the time to mind your own business…
It’s akin to walking a mile in someone else’s shoes…
I understand releasing water to prevent stress on the dams… but the idea of the dams is normally to allow time for warning and to somewhat control the downstream flooding…
