Tums. Actually it was on a rafting trip. Another guide pulled his boat up next to mine and told me he had the worst indigestion all day and was desperate for relief. I always packed along a first aid kit that was basically a portable emergency room, but during all my rafting days that was the one and only time I ever needed it, thank God.
