Yep, we've been storing our TT (all the ones we've had) in our backyard on the grass now since we purchased our first one in 2002. We've always parked it on wooden planks to keep it up off the dirt/grass. It's worked just fine.
We just got ours out of storage on Tuesday...and when I got it home I debated parking it in its spot in the yard, but I figured it will only get softer as all the April rains come. So I got it parked and set up, leaving just very minor "impressions" in the yard. Glad I did, because sure enough it rained on Thursday and Friday, and is supposed to rain Monday and Tuesday this week.
Good to have her home.
