I feel for you. I have been in a similar situation. But keep in mind: Blowing your horn, cranking up your radio, starting your engine early may yank the chain of your offensive neighbor, but you will then be offending your non-offensive neighbors on the other side of you.
Never get in an argument with an idiot. They will just drag you down to their level and beat you with their experience. Sometimes, discretion is the better part of valour. Use the wheels under your rig and take the high road out of there.
