If you want to be in control and crave solitude, boondock somewhere. I don't blare my music, but I'll bet it could be heard by adjoining sites. I can hear their radio, TV, laughter, whatever. I THINK I have a realistic set of expectations though. Some people don't..........
If it can be heard on other than the site where it is originating it is too loud.
