You really really need to search for oven problems. Start with a pizza stone. That alone will make the oven work great. The front burner is the only high temp burner. The back two burners are low temp. You might take your trailer in and have the gas system pressure tested. If the regulator happens to be bad you might not be getting sufficient gas pressure to make the stove work correctly. We cook Papa Murphies pizza at 425 all the time with no problems. I have even done corned beef hash using a 12 inch cast iron skillet at times with great results.
