Suggestions take truck for hook up repair battery connection

Kind of a long subject line, sorry. I'm not sure how to make it shorter. My problem is that the power or connection from the truck to my RV doesn't charge the battery on the RV. Everything else...

When i traded trucks I found an unmarked envelope in the glove box with a fuse and relay in it.

After scratching head abit I figured out it was for the TOW VEHICLE DC Charge voltage and only comes ON when the truck ignition key is turned ON.
