I would say SuperGlide needs to step up and make a base that directly attaches to the RAM's puck system,. I think you are going to be very nose high with your setup.
If I were you if it in reality it's too high I would go to a good fab shop and have them incorporate the picture frame adapter to your hitch so the hitch can be lower.
