Jerry, (rvjer)
Is there any way to adjust what I have referred to as sensitivity?
Thanks,
Tom
Tom,
Yes, the control unit that goes on the motorhome dash (mine) or the gear shift lever has a dial that can be adjusted as you drive so that you can set the sensitivity much like a trailer brake controler. It also has a manual lever that can be used to just apply the toad brakes without applying the motorhome brakes. In order for you to set the brake sensitvity you need to be rolling and turn the knob higher or lower as you apply the brakes, then you can see how many of the red LED's light up. The more that light the greater the braking force.
