The FW, black and gray tanks are all in front of our axles on our slightly larger TH, we always carry our own water (up to 106 gal) and that helps establish a counter weight when we have the toys loaded onboard. Load toys as forward as possible, I know just a couple feet makes a difference in our TH. LT tires are the way to go with this type of RV if you still have P tires, either way they should be aired up to deliver more capacity than required.
Equalizer is a good hitch but with this towing combo a Hensley or Propride hitch could work wonders as fully loaded your at 9K# which is a handful for any half-ton truck, especially at interstate speeds and on windy days. Our TH is just over 32' and comes in at nearly 10K# when fully loaded, we have a good towing experience with no sway to speak of although I wouldn't want to tow anything heavier with our Silverado 2500HD.
