This was my first thought too. Weird thing is I thought most toy haulers tended to be heavier on the tongue/pin than an equivalent TT/FW to account for the toys that will be added behind the axles.
I agree. Half ton towable means tongue weight too light, axles too far forward. That would turn a 3/4 ton truck around as well. Adding weight forward may help but there's still going to be a lot of weight aft of the axles. I'm assuming it tows well empty?
