And what makes the ball move sideways 1"? Force...with a longer rear overhang it will take less force to move the ball 1" than with a shorter overhang. If the ratio of the overhang to the wheelbase is the same, it will take the same force to move the ball 1". That is the case with the Suburban and Tahoe.
