He was running 45 mph at the time , the right side trailer tires dropped off the pavement, resulting in the tow vehicle being moved over to the right, the driver attempted to get it back on the road , and ended up swerving into the oncoming lane, and it came around and ended up in the position you see, no weight distribution , no trailer brakes and to top it off the loader was about the center of the trailer and not chained down, it slid forward during the off road excursion , the trailer is 10,000 GVWR
