55 is a bit slow on a 75 MPH interstate however if you are in the far right lane and there is room to pass OK.
However there is a point where a slow vehicle will impede traffic flow and cause issues.
Personally I would try to speed up if possible. I would not want all the traffic swirling around me like that.
