I retired 3.5 years ago. My husband is younger than me and still in the workforce. I wanted to use our C to travel by myself for extended times (6 to 8 weeks) to visit my sons in far away states. Driving and parking the C were never issues as I have done both for many years. We found that I did not have the strength to handle some of the hooking/unhooking of utilities. The answers: hubby put white lightening (I think that is the name) grease on some of the valves/fittings to make them easier to operate. I carried channel locks (again, not sure I have used proper name) for use on water hose to get a tight fit without leaks/drips. It helped a few times too to turn on water when the faucet was tightened too much by a previous user. I also kept handy a pair of needle nose pliers for smaller things such as cable TV hook up. These 'conveniences' worked like a charm and I was able to handle all of the set up/take down procedures entirely by myself. Yes, it was a lot slower doing things by myself, but the satisfaction was worth it!! So, put on your thinking cap and find easier ways to do things and keep on rollin' in whatever rig you decide will work best for you.
