televisions in summer???

hello, installed a couple of vezio tv's in our new (to us) trailer.
we are keeping the trailer in the bullhead city az area for the summer (june july and aug) i know it gets pretty hot there, so is it ok to keep the tv's in the trailer during the heat or should they be taken out?
I am sure many have there motor homes and trailers in that area in the summer. What do you do with your tv's? take them out or the heat doesn't bother them. no direct sunlight will they be in.
thanks

  • RVs don't get any hotter or colder than shipping containers, warehouses, and delivery trucks. Not a concern.
  • Vizio's recommendations

    Non-operating (storage) conditions: -4 degrees F to 122 degrees F; 10-90% humidity.
    Operating conditions: 41 degrees F to 95 degrees F; 20-80% humidity.

    that makes sense, thanks
  • No need to remove them. If it's really hot it might be best not to turn them on, but I assume you wouldn't really care to sit in a 120 degree RV watching TV anyhow. For a technically precise answer according to Sony, you can look in the rated storage temperature range in the specifications section of the TV owner's manual.

Bear in mind that they (and other electronic gadgets) get transported to Best Buy in unheated, non-air-conditioned semi trailers. Also note that the same basic components (LCD screens, LED backlights, similar electronic circuitry) is used in car radios, and those don't need to be removed for environmental reasons.
