Terrific service...Weber grill
We have a Weber gas grill we bought 15 years ago. Recently the thermometer quit working. I called Weber and they sent me a new one....no charge. Imagine that.

I have seen replacement grills for the Weber Q series, I can't ever wearing one out, must be broken from dropping!
I have the cheaper stamped grill on my old Weber Genesis at home (not the heavier cast iron grills) and they've finally rusted out after 15 years and have a few holes in them. The wife wants me to buy a new Weber but replacement grills are a fraction of the price. Otherwise, the grill is like new and works like the day I bought it.
